Returns & Exchanges
1. General Return Guidelines
Returns or exchanges may be accepted at our discretion and must meet the following conditions:
Item must be returned within 7 days of purchase
Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Alcohol
Tobacco, nicotine, and vape products
Gift cards or prepaid cards
Opened food or beverage items
Perishable goods
Clearance or final sale items
These sales are final.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or spoiled, please contact us or return to the store as soon as possible.
We may offer:
A replacement of the same item
Store credit
A refund at our discretion
Proof of purchase is required. We may ask to inspect the item before issuing a replacement or refund.
4. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item due to a store error, please notify us promptly. We will correct the issue with:
An exchange for the correct item
A refund if the correct item is unavailable
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued:
To the original payment method when possible
As store credit if the original method is unavailable
Please allow several business days for refunds to process, depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be allowed for unopened, unused items with a receipt. If the new item costs more, the customer is responsible for the difference. If it costs less, store credit may be issued.
7. Online Orders (If Applicable)
For orders placed through our website:
Returns must still meet all conditions listed above
Customers may be required to return items in person
Age-restricted products cannot be returned
8. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that appear fraudulent, abusive, or outside of policy guidelines.
